Nothing. Just like nothing is stopping them stripping the media without the zip file and distributing it. Just like we saw just the other day with bond's "legal" shaders. Just like with ALL computer media these days, you have to trust that the majority of people do the right thing.

The pirates will always have a reason why it's ok for them to pirate. I mean look at Warfronts. He got banned for a week(?) for discussing piracy and so decided that his best recourse was to create a torrent of most of the TGC media.
