a little help here any one as I've only just come across this parallax mapping, and was hoping to use it in my dbp project, dose any one know how to make a parallax map in photoshop?

any help would be great, if any one has a file or link to help me get this started, I would be most grateful.

and what's best/easiest Relief or Parallax?
