How do you change the default weapon for a multiplayer character?

But, That means you have to add the weapon you WANT the Caracter to have inside the folder first?

I cheat a little bit here. You can't mess with guns or light radius etc when building a multiplayer map. But you can with a single player. Si when I make a multiplayer map I start with a single player map. Design and test it then switch it o a multiplayer map. My characters start with whatever gun I want and my lights are whatever radius I set them at.

Any gun you have downloaded from GCS, or model packs are installed to gamecore\guns. This is where "has weapon" points to. So if ur able to drop ur gun in the editor, then using the method I mentioned should work. Also Raymondlee's method will also work and is also alot easier than editing different .fpe files.
