Give the Car entity the follow script. Make sure you remove all references to weapons in the entities properties in the FPSC editor. You may have to play with the physics settings too.

If that doesn't work, add ischaracter=1 to the entity fpe file and try again.

In the same folder with the entity. Open it with notepad. When you save the changes, make sure you save it as an fpe file and not a txt file.

Alright i'll try it lol... Its not an amusement ride lol. I'm trying to make a level where you ride on a survivors truck and shoot and zombies and other survivors trying to steal your weapons... Isn't that awesome!

It'll be awesome if you can get it to work. You can make a car follow a waypoint, but good luck trying to ride it. Two dynamic entites pushing against each other will give you that shake every time.

I don't program in DB but couldnt he add a script in his characters fpe that says something to the effect of this psuedocode snippet?

inside of a loop as long as you are on the truck?

Too late! No, just kidding.

Maybe it's not "setnewy=". It seems like it is but I could be wrong. I thought I was wrong once... but I was wrong.

Try getting an invisible platform to move with the truck, and use some scripting commands to freeze the player onto it but allow the player to look around.
