FPSC Classic Product Chat / How do I download model packs!?!

I am having trouble downloading model packs. Whenever I go to the page called "My Products" I click on the blue link of what I want to download, then it lets me choose were I want to save it, then I open it as soon as it downloads to install it. When I open it, it sends me to a website almost completely white, execept it has links to all TGC's products, it tells me I have to log in to download content even thought I had already logged in. After I log in it sends me to the TGC home page were I have to start the whole process over and over again. Please help!!

Are you downloading the product or the link? After you download it, is it an exe file, or zip file or html file or what?

Are you sure you're in My Products and not Order History. In Order History there is a clickable link on the left, in My Products the download link is on the right.

I am going to my products and clicking the blue link to the products. How about you tell me how you download a model pack and I could try that.

First off, make sure you're on this page: http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=my_products

When you click the links to download, don't right click - just normal left click, wait for the download to finish, then run the installer. It should work fine.

If not, try a different browser. I use firefox, personally.

It compiled! Ship it!

I click the link to the right of the product name. The pack then downloads to my downloads folder.

I virus check then run the file from the downloads folder.

I actually got it working. When I click the blue link a small page opens when I close the page another page opens that lets me download it. And then I installed it and it worked.
