So im making a 2d platformer, and having a little trouble with the sprites. Is there a way to use sprites created in say GIMP or Photoshop that have transparency and blur ect in my project with out them leaving bright pink outlines where the blurs would usually be? Im using ImageColorKey 255, 0, 255 and each sprite comes out bad. Is there a setting in the image editor or a command in DGDK to allow this? Or am i stuck with pixel art?

If memory serves me correctly, you have to disable anti-aliasing within the image creation software (GIMP, Photoshop etc.) when saving your artwork.

Or, again I'm not entirely sure, you can export to PNG which will have support built into GDK already for transparency (no need to set the color key).
