is there a way to change the current level skybox on test level mode without building the whole game because there is no option allowing me to do it.

Change the setuplevel.FPI file inside your gamename folder inside
languagebank\english\gamebank... also change the setuplevel.fpi file inside mygame folder inside there as it sometimes can load up the default file.

You really shoulda used the search function on this as it's been answered a million times!
