You will have to create an image out of it first before anything. You can either use a temporary bitmap or just use the background screens bitmap.

Thanks for Answering my Question!
So ...
do you mean i need to create text from bitmap?
or ...
is there any alternative script like "dbRotateText"?

If you just use text 0,0,"My String" you can use MyTextWidth=Text Width("My STring") and MyTextHeight=Text Height("My String"). Grab the image. Once the image is grabbed you can then do whatever you want with it. I don't know much about the sprite commands but creating a sprite using the image you can then rotate it.
