Yes, but the mod is still downloadable, but I don't think I'm allowed to talk where to get a mode that was created by a banned user...

You may be relieved to know that Xploid Mod is still in development even though the developer is banned.
He has plans to upload a video of the latest version with a download link in a few months (we don't know when).
There is a beta of it you can download, but the links were taken down from the forum after he got banned.
