I'm seeing motion in my game that can only be occuring between sync commands. In other words db seems to be updating sometimes when it's not supposed to.

Like when the gun shoots I actually move it to the target to get the coords for the bullet hole and for a split second I can see the gun there at the target. Then when I turn, the gun seems to take an extra tiny amount of time to "catch up." It's as though it updates sometimes between the syncs.

Anybody else notice this?

Unless you have 'sync on' near the top of your code, DBPro will issue a sync any time it feels like it should. Is this the problem?

No I have sync on at the top of the code... but guess what...

I used FastSync instead of Sync at the end of the loop and it fixes the problem! hmmmmm.

What does 'FastSync' do? How does it differ from normal Sync?

It doesn't call the code that allows multi-tasking.

For some reason when I do this it seems to sync like it's supposed to.
