Hi there,
I have searched and searched, here and via search engine.
I need to integrate a handful of very high quality house structure models exteriors into an FPSC environment. I have looked at what is available via the forum. There are some great models on other sites but either the individual model prices are out of my range, or they involve more texture/lightmap/poly reduction than what is needed. I would pay reasonable for product packs that are geared towards current neighborhoods. I can convert/import from 3ds or prefer to work straight off .x I know just enough to apply individual textures- not sure how to get conversion of renders in 3ds that have multiple different textures.

If anyone has already created something game ready for making neighborhoods please let me know. From my external searches, I would say Dexsoft and 3drt are the quality I am after, but their themes all lean towards medieval, fantasy, future, sci-fi, which is all AWESOME, but I need today style. Normal painted wall interiors, carpet, ceiling choices. I am using some of the standard model packs like office and modern day and these work great for a handful of things. Again, I am looking to pay what I can afford for small packs of theme-based models. I cannot afford $20-60 for a single model like some sites do- which is reasonable, but just not going to get me where I need to be.

Thanks so much for any suggestions (well, suggestions other than make it yourself-lol I am happy to pay someone for their abilities and focus on what I do best).

Hi I am a Autocad engineer I am currently drawing a house at the moment. It is a Eurpoean looking house. I am willing to share it with you if you want. I have provided a picture of stuff I have drawen before. This is the quality I can produce I am an engineer not an artist so the renders may not be spot on. If you are interested post you e-mail address and we can discuss the project further.

How's this for a house? (see attached)

I can't guarantee when it'll be done, it's something I've been working on for awhile off and on.

Well, the recliner would look nice sitting by one of those windows in a cut scene...
