Is this him? Or is this some kind of auto bot spam thing? I thought it was weird because I looked at stuff back from a year ago and it has done the same thing.

I think he may have left and as a sort of last hurrah he went back and edited his posts.

If there was some specific bit of information you wanted and it's now missing just let me know and I'll read his edit and tell you.

It was supposed to be a monkey / kangaroo fire-breathing hybrid. And it would be 70 km tall, and keep a giant laser in it's pouch.

I guess he's just going through threads he knows he's posted in. It's pretty immature but I guess he's making a statement, about what I don't know. When people decide to leave the forums they do so in various ways. My personal favourite is when they just stop posting, but some like to go out with a bang or in this case a whimper

Well he wasn't put on post moderation or banned. As far as I know he hasn't had any recent negative interaction with any of the mods, so it's a mystery as to why he's chosen to do this.

I don't know what's up either, but I always appreciated his support and he always helped people, though he did seem annoyed about something. Sometimes, life just gets in the way. I hope all is well with him and he'll return one day.

Last I read, he didn't like what happened to Flatlander and tried the whole "leaving in protest" thing. He's always been a bit abrasive, in my opinion, so I can't say I'd miss him here. A few threads where you see "redacted", were probably due to the original poster ignoring Seth's offering of help.
