I would think one was for the downloaded version and the other is for the CD Version.

Xplosys, I have had to re-install FPSC a couple times, the numbers are different but should work for either install.

Correct. What I should have said was.... One was issued with the download and one was issued with the CD. Both are good. When I said "one is different", I was just being cute.
