FPSC Classic Product Chat / model pack 36 issues

so Ive had yet another problem with FPSC this week.
i downloaded model pack 36 and ran the installation. the first thing i noticed was there was never an option ti install to X10 but i was like ok so its not compatible with it (i have both X9 & X10) and kept installing it and when it finished i ran FPSC but i cannot fined any of the features in the entity bank or anything at all as if i never installed it. so naturally i re installed it and still nothing so whats up?!?....what should i do?!?

That's the free one, right?

I think the directory is called 'Urban' instead of MP36, it confused me at first also.

thats not there either.
ive been having a lot of issues with FPSC lately and im now thinking it might be the cause of this problem too.

i just don't know.......
