Layer 2 is the direct results of importing the bvh file. I did some cleanup on layer 1 to make bone heating work better. Probably still needs some cleanup.

Just an update. I made another copy of the skeleton and rotated it into blender's Z-up coordinate space then reconstrained it to the original copy. That way you don't have to have your mesh laying face down in blender to get it rigged. I haven't been able to get baking the constraints to take yet. I'm probably missing a constraint somewhere, but it should work. Download below
