I'm after a quick way of accessing an images data directly. I did find Diggsey's dll but that wouldn't be any good for what I'm after in GDK. I just need the actual image pointer without loading a dll and calling it.

You can fetch a bitmaps pointer, but to texture an object you'd have to grab an image from it first. What I'm after is to write directly to the image then re-texture my object with it.

Using a memblock would be too slow, swapping back and forth from bitmaps would be to slow as well.

Any ideas? (Also details on the image structure would be useful too)
