Hope the title makes sense, Anyways.

my question is: How do I open a second window and have data transfer between the 2 windows? EG: When window 2 opens, you type something using input command, But the input command will be readable on window 1 to display whats within the input.

Sorry if this doenst make any sense, If you need more info, Please ask!

You would prbably be looking at using something like the BBB GUI plugin for that.

Why not the first window? like if you pressed a key or something then a little menu would popup and it would be like a little 'debug' menu, which would allow you to input code in the game... otherwise I guess just go with what WLGfx said.

there are many ways that you can communicate between two windows: one of them is to send information to memory and let the other window read it. another option is to use write and read clipboard commands, they are all available in dbpro without moving to another plugin.
if you can't have access to this commands, please tell me and i will send it to you.
