I run the exe in my friend's computer.The circle didn't appear. It was invisible, but really there. I could see the related values changing but couldn't see the circle.

Did they have a compatible DirectX version meaning something slightly newer or the same as the one you made the program with?

If you google "directx redist" then just run that and your program should work fine then.
