If you mean by going up in the segment plane then use the + and - located at the top right of your keyboard near the backspace. If not then please rephrase your question so that I may understand it easier.

Segment / Texture person for FPSC.

Also, you would need stairs or an elevator (Both can be found in segments) to go between floors, or you could just leave a hole for the player to fall down a level.
