Try selecting settings, then output settings and pressing reset to default. Then change the FPSC path to the one that you have. for some reason the path to the characters and weapons is not set...

At least for me

There may be something wrong with the model you wre trying to import (provided you got up to that stage).

Legal action? Really?

I've received a couple of emails, and it looks like there could be an issue with Character Creation System and the new 118 beta.

If you are using the new version of FPSC, you might get that error.

Would anyone with FPSC Toolbox or CCS mind trying to confirm this?

A fix is in the works, but until it's complete the only option is to revert back to an older version.

Sorry for the inconvenience guys!

make sure you run it as administrator right mouse click on the icon and run as admin. also try changing the path to your fpsc folder like this C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

ccs does not create the FPSC_Toolbox\characters folders even with
admin rights. just go to fpsc folder go into files entity bank folder make a folder called FPSC_Toolbox then inside this folder make another 1 called characters.
always works for me. unles you run these programs with uac off
or as admin they will give errors,
but not a software problem just windows security. try loading a diferent model, load one from fpsc then you will know if it is not
your model. most of the prolems are down to the paths, as i even use it in x10 no probs.

I have also reported this problem to Bullshock. Don't worry he's great to work with. I have faith he will get this sorted out.

pdidy-I tried that it did not work. The model is not the issue as the crash is on startup. It never actually fully loads to the point where you can load a model. Yes UAC is turned off.
