i was going to test character modeling on fpsc but when i put the .x model throuh fragamotion then into milkshape were i edit it on fpsc the character is backwords.
i tested this even without editig the model.
also the gun i gave the character is facing normal direction.
on milkshape i turned the model and its animated skelaton thing but that only causes the animations to go really weird.

Hi derik,

I don't model characters, but I have notice that whenever I open a model in MilkShape and re-save it, it gets reversed and my textures appear backwards. What I've always done in the past is repeat the process. When I open and save it once more, it is back to it's original orientation. Again, I don't work with animations or skeletons so I don't know if it even applies to what you're doing, but that's what I've found.

when you say open and re-save do you mean re-export it back to a .x file in milkshape.
