hello everyone ok your probly wondering why i want to know about drugs lol. well i was thinking about making a swat/police style game were you do raids on drug houses and takedown criminals . so i was wondering if i was allowed to have a marijuana plant and maybe some bags of dope to go with the beer bottles and guns? well i hope somebody can answer my question thanks!

If you can make the model I don't see why you couldn't put it in game... It's not real, after all...

If you're worried about breaking the AUP, I ,personally, don't see a problem with it in the context of your game.

You'd probably get an MA rating if you were to sell it (as in sell it in a store). But yeah it should be fine.

Oh, well it's your game (and as mentioned above it is not reality), so create what you want.
You need to check your local laws though, rather than ask us, because it depends on where you live as to what restrictions exist on your intellectual property.

Just don't leave any needles around in your scenes as one could hurt themselfs.

As for drink, well i would just implement only alcho pops, as all kids love that stuff,

joking aside just create your games with a clear mind and don't have any drugs or drink, because you could make a bad job of the levels, i mean one could be walking along the ceiling insted of floor, Hehe
