window is placed 1 layer above....zombie enter from window to attack
it did not fall down to floor in fact its stuck in mid air .....

It looks like they are starting to chase you before they actually clear the window. Try using waypoints to make them come through the window, fall to the ground, maybe take a step or 2 and then chase the player.
