Am I allowed to use Dark City 2010 in commercial games? And does somebody know the list who made this pack ? (I know CosmicProphet did)

I recently downloaded Dark City and just wanted to say... wow! To all who put in such a huge effort, thank you very much. I used to work with and belong to a group that used the Pie in the Sky GCS engine, both the DOS and Windows versions and there was never so much generosity.

This group rocks!
