the 3100 isn't average its rather old, the 4500 is the average benchmark for a laptop/netbook...

With any card you will recieve slow down using full screen shader effects, after numerous tweaking and tests I managed a steady 40-50fps on my main machine, with some serious tweaking (but shaders still on) I managed 90 fps...

People really need to get to grips with DX tweaking (simplified and standard) and tweaking of the engine itself (usually just from setupl.ini)

@frafra_95 - I thought that myself as I have seen the source which states 'Sync 60'... but I was getting 91 FPS on average as a constant! Will do a video this evening for the critics.

I think the refresh rate is overridable as with most gaming engines you can achieve a higher framerate than 60, with the Q3 engine you could achieve 1000fps quite dooable! However, the 60 Sync is usually best practice so the calculations of physics etc. In fact, will do the video now!

Don't worry I didn't take it as criticism from you frafra However, I don't like to exaggerate and just wanted to clear up that I did infact burst the 60fps barrier inadvertantly may I add!

I didn't use any mod, this is a vanilla build
