Finally got around to posting this series, if anyone cares to remember the model I made a few months back for the TGC competition this is a tutorial that covers the making of it.
Nothing too impressive, but I tried covering some helpful topics to the best of my ability, whether that's any good or not is all up to you.
Figured I'd post it here since why not

The tutorial spans 5 different parts, which go as followed:
1: Introduction & Building the base mesh in zbrush via zspheres
2: Sculpting the high res detail in zbrush
2,5: Making rocks in zbrush
3: Retopologizing the high res mesh in maya using the NEX plug-in
4: UV Mapping and final render in marmoset.

They're all of varying lengths, with the sculpting session as the longest one spanning a full hour. I've gotten feedback prior about it being really hard to follow along because of how fast it's sped up, so this time I've tried to get a good balance between keeping it fast enough to not have it dull to watch and still be able to follow along fairly well.

Hope at least someone finds it pretty useful

Cool tutorial, unfortunately these programs are too pricey for me.

@ Alucard94

Thank you for taking the time to post this tutorial. We appreciate it very much. I bookmarked it for my wife BlueFox, since she is starting to use Zbrush in some of her work.

My compliments.

Try Sculptris! it's the free equivalent of Zbrush, a little less features but it works extremely well for me, also made by the same company too, just google it, it's not too hard to find.

I barely use MSN anymore really, if you've got skype (SebastianK94) you could add me there if you'd like.
The tutsplus thing is still going, was going to send this tutorial to them originally but wanted something up on youtube so decided against that.
