So... I'm thinking about buying a computer in the next couple of months, and I realized that I'd be able to choose a lot easier if I had more of an idea about the current and upcoming technologies.

I've googled around a bit, but I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for: A blog or news site about current and upcoming computer hardware. Even specific things like graphics cards would be nice.

The few I've looked at so far are all either closed (people not posting their blog entries anymore), or have little content and a lot of ads. So... Where can I find a computer hardware blog, and does anyone recommend any?

The easiest way I've found to keep on top of hardware is to periodically browse neweggs offerings. See what new socket types the CPUs are using, etc etc... See what new model numbers are being offered by video card companies, etc etc.

Then, when I see something that intrigues me, I go read up on that specific product or technology.
