I was just wondering if we were allowed to modify any of the models from the model packs. Like say change the textures slightly and still be able to sell a game with a modified model?

Yes, you're just not allowed to distribute the models. What you do with them is up to you.

Yes..well..you can modify the model or the texture and sell the GAME with these modifications, you are not allowed to sell ONLY MODELS
