Sup peeople im yomomma and heres my problem. When I try to download the FPSC version 1.18 it doesnt do anything so I need help on this

When you try and download it do you have a window that asks you to open or save file?

I usually save my downloads into a download file then extract it from there.

It doesnt even do that it just refreshes and refreshes.....etc.etc.
