How I can change weapons firerate? Is that even possible? I want change it because if I have minigun, it have about same firerate that mp5 have...

In the gunspec (C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\guns\*your gun's name here*\gunspec.txt), either change or add "firerate=X" to whatever you want. For a minigun, I would suggest 2.
