Hi!

I have two questions.

The first question is:

Can someone explain what the Set Object Texture does. I looked in the help file and I can't understand what it does.

Also,

what does Set Object Cull do? What is a cull?

Thank you very much!

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

Set Object Texture does exactly what it says. it takes an image and applies it to the object. This is normally done using texture mapping data (UV data) that makes sure the texture is stretched and manipulated in the correct way. For example, if you look at a WoW texture for a character, it looks obscure. The UV data remap the coordinates.

Culling is the process of removing faces of your object that cannot be seen by the camera. This improves performance by ignoring unwanted faces.
