FPS Creator X10 / poser 8 compatible fps creator?

hey guys listen i love fpsc 10 but i'm getting annoyed at 1 dumb thing... i cant make custom characters... i even did this: i pasted my own head on an character using photoshop and the dds plugin... but it failed big my head looked like it was dumb pasted..
is poser 8 compatible with fps creator?

i mean if i make an person in poser 8 will i be able to use it in fpsc 10? and will it be direct x 10 like the scifi characters?
