Model Pack 54 looks amazing and i really want it but I can't see my self spending $20 for a pack where only 1 or 2 entities will actually work with the game im making. Which by the way is a scify horror. As if you havnt seen that b4. (sarcasim) But its turning out really well so I dont want to scrap this one just so I can make a game with puzzles. So dose any one know if there are any scify puzzle elements out there to download or could some one make a pack. I don't care if it is free or not I just would really like to add puzzles.

Thanks

You could buy it and then re-texture them, or even adjust the meshes to be a little more scifi looking?

Ya I thought about that. But then I remember somthing. I suck at that. Even though I have been using FPSC for many years now, I am a complete noob when it comes to things like that.

So I guess the next question to ask is there a tutorial out there for re-textureing (which I do know how, just never really tried) and adjusting meshes (I truly dont even know what a mesh is)

@SgtBrown - Grab yourself a quiet day where you can be on your own. Make yaself the biggest coffee ever, sit down and take the whole day dedicated to scripting. I guarantee once you pick up the gist and start creating your own scripts the possibilities are literally, endless!

I'm not just saying that either. Like with any other game engine no matter how easy the editor is, without knowledge of the scripting language you are only really ever gonna have limited puzzles.

Btw, Model Pack 54 = Worth the buy. Cyborg did a great job on this one!

I understand snippits of the point you're trying to make...but I've learned through lots of experience that not everyone is like that.
Not every person can do everything and even the ones who can are usually some kind of prodigy or savant or the quality is absolutely terrible...that's why people fork out 20 bucks for a handful of quality models/textures/etc.

Before dishing out copy-pasted advice try taking it, or at least looking at it from another angle. Go out and learn gymnastics...Try.Practice. Try Again. Learn.
Maybe you'll find that you don't want to take all that time that you could be using on another project that is of a lot more value to you. If he didn't want to learn, leave it at that.

thanks for all the comments i was really just curious if there was somthing out there. I might try and learn scripting, I have thought about it before, just never really got motivated enough.

P.S.
If some one dose want to make a scify puzzle pack please do. I think it would be a good addition to the store. I say this cuz I dout I can make anything worth while. But you never know till you try.

Any ways thanks again

Ease up tiger...
I wasn't meaning offence by what I said.
I was simply trying to make clear the fact that the community isn't going to do everything for him.
Quite the contrary; That he should sit down and learn how to do some of it himself.

Not only would he learn a new skill, He has the choice weather or not to follow it up.
I wasn't sticking a gun to his head telling him to do it.

Besides, he never said he never wanted to learn...

Perhaps you should read through a thread properly and understand a situation before jumping in and so harshly accusing someone of giving false/bad advice.
