ok there is a slight problem, i just built my massive outdoor level, using segments from cosmic prophets, country pack, the grass ground ones, any way, im using the path segments which are flat, so this shouldn't be a problem but it is, I go up to an ally and press G, they look at me as i walk away from them and begin to shake slightly, i take it as the Ally is trying to walk towards me but he is stuck, i went back into the editor and placed a small box, and put him on top of it and removed the box, then played the game again, he falls slightly and is then firmly on the ground, he still doesn't move,

i tried putting him inside a normal room with a normal floor and he moves fine, its really weird as the country packs flat segments are flat like normal segments, could any one shed some light on this for me and help me to find a solution, thanks

The AI's don't work on CP's segments, in fact I don't believe they work on any segment larger than 100x100. I could be wrong, but I think that this has always been the case, even before Dark AI.

What you could try doing is making paths through the CP's segments using normal segments which match the countryside ones in texture. I've found this to be a quite effective solution.

they still get stuck every now and then, its so annoying, is there any way i could make them navigate around a simple obstacle
