I have run into the problem of uninstalling fps creator. It started with a runtime error, then I went to unistalling, where fps creator for some reason could not.
Answer: Perfect uninstaller.
IT WORKS. HASSLE FREE.
Im not much of a computer whizz, so I was slightly panicking that I had screwed fpsc and couldnt use it again. I hope this helps as much as it can and hey, I'm often asking for help so I thought I'd return the favour.
