Hey!!!!

Am New Comer To The DarkBasic Pro. And It Seems To Be Very Hard To Use So I Need Tutorials To Learn It The tutorials in the site didnt help me actually i didnt get anything from it

Now Kind Of problem i think when i press Compiler And Run Black Screen Appear And With This # moving around what is this
P.s i used source code from the site (i dont know what is source code Btw )

am very noob here

It's impossible to guess what your problem is with no source code to check.

Can I suggest you also check the rules for the forum and helpful hints here:

There are lots of people willing to help here so take your time and go through some basic tutorials. If you get stuck show us your code on this forum and someone will help you to fix it.

Welcome to the forums anyway and I hope you enjoy using DBP as much as I do!

Look i will check that tutorials now

but i want to know something how to get the mapeditor like in fpsc put the entities and char. and players like this where is that all what i see is that code thing and i suck in coding

the problem is that when i press compiler and run with the source code i copied and pasted it from the site btw a black screen appear with this thing ( # ) roaming freely

That might be a problem... DBPro is a programming language not a drag and drop editor. You might want to look at something else if you're really that against coding.

I can't really advise which drag and drop editor is best however as I've never used any of them (except FPSC which I barely touched TBH).

I'd take a look in the "Geek Culture" forum and ask the question there...
