how do u load the models for modepack with the textures setup properly

1) You could use the exact same file structure the models are expecting, which is the same as FPSC uses

2) Load the model, load the texture, Texture object using the Texture Object ObjNo,ImgNo command.

3) You could edit or change the path of the texture in the model file, altho I have no idea how to go about this.

I always use method number 2, which is the simplest if you ask me

yeh it was easy just did'nt look at correct file for the texture

ok loaded a model of a tree19 from modelpack 55 textures the tree with tree19.dds but the leave's have black round them instead of transparency

Turn transparency on using the "set object transparency" command?

try "set alpha mapping on 'yourobjectnumber',100" that should get rid of the black.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to no larger that 600 x 120.
