Hi, Now that simple gave me a tutorial on animation the next step is poly reducion how would you do this in milkshape 3d?

By hand, using the snap ( Ctrl+N ) and the weld ( Ctrl+W ) tools.

Or there is a program called polycruncher or something like that ..... not sure how good it is though cos I've never used it.
