3D Canvas Pro / 3D Crafter Pro won't install

I want to instal back 3D Crafter pro

So I follow the steps below

Instructions for 3D Crafter Pro:
1. Download from: http://files.thegamecreators.com/3dcanvas/3DCrafterTGC.msi.exe
2. Go to the Help menu, click on "Enter Registration Code", and enter the serial code we emailed to you.
3. Once the serial number is entered you will gain a new option on the Help menu called "Download the 3DCrafter Upgrade". Select this option to download the full professional version of 3DCrafter.
4. Once downloaded you will have the file "3DCanvasUpgrade.zip" on your
hard drive. This will install the full version of 3D Canvas Pro V6


But if I install the program,notthing happens.
A command prompt window appears for 1 sec. and then nothing happend

I seem to be getting the same problems you have been having with that installer, so my suggestion is to use the latest version of 3DCrafter here.

It installs fine for me (win 7 ultimate,64 bit) if i rename it to 3DCrafterTGC.msi (delete .exe) at the end if the file name, then it installs fine




EDIT:.. MyBad ! you was talking about Pro, I meant 3DCrafter 9 (The Dark Game studio free SE version I just got given via email from TGC) !..lol, sorry
