Not to be disrespectful. but i have been battling with the support team all week playing inquiry tag...

my inquiry was to reset my tgc store downloads..

i started this inquiry monday.

they told me to send them an email from my email...

WITH WHAT EMAIL DUDE?

they didn't supply an email for me to send it to.. so how the [mod edit] seriously are we still doing this? It's been made clear numerous times that using *s to cover your swearing is unacceptable here![/mod edit] do you expect me to send you one? Explain that.

reason i am so aggravated with this is because i have asked them 4 TIMES to supply an email and their response... send a confirmation email from the account your store is registered to, and we will reset your downloads....



still no email address recipient.... wow guys THATS, a support team?

i finally sent an email to one i saw on the website-- newbusiness.tgc.com or something

get your [mod edit]twice in one post and a quick check of your history shows you've been noob slapped in the past for swearing, so now you can have a longer, 5 day, slap. This should help you get your 'stuff' (see it's not hard to use non-swears) together[/mod edit] together please.

this is highly irritating.

Could anyone please shine some light on this and tell me what email i need to contact since the game creators failed to understand that question several times?

This is the support form, which all support is done through. I have used this a number of times before and they have always worked on what ever issue I've reported. You need to login to use this and that would explain why he did not give you an email address. Most likely he was refering to this.

AG you need to login with the account that you used to purchase those models. Then go to the support forms and send them your problem. For security reasons they can't just go reseting peoples stuff.
