I just thought about program one at moment but I am not sure if I can do this on the easy part...
What I mean is like... how to program the map locations, so that the character can move on the route line (curvy) as Final-Fantasy Tactics series could do that...
and
how to "summon" some random monsters out of many possible monsters on the random encounters and random locations too without errors...
and
how can I make the characters (including monsters) tell which height they are at and move up and down instead "just go straight" through the higher-cliff (monster unit on 4-unit height walks to the 7-unit height tile but that monster does not jump)...

I just need to learn and know how to program those ones, so I can try start it up to test. Thank you. =)

You might want to start simpler... Big projects are hard to stick to, because they take so long to make, and you get sick of them so easily. Do something really simple first, something like pong, break out or space invaders. Once you understand how that works, you can attempt more advanced stuff. I'm being honest with you, if you start straight away with something tough like this, you'll just get angry and quit for good, and we don't want that :3

I had to look it up 'cause I never played Final-Fantasy Tactics.

The curvy line following could be achieved with the POINT() command if you check for a specific color on the map and if it moves a bit the character moves over the specific color.

The random encounters is just picking a random number with the RND() command to the max number of monsters you have in the game. This question (and your join date) is probably why TheComet thought you were a newbie.

The height thing would be as simple as adding their current height to the array that stores the monster information for the encounter.
