I want to buy Bluefox's Sci-Fi Segment Pack but I cannot access your website.

I bought Willow's 3D Dream Home with no problem. I want the pack by BlueFox.

Please help me since I am very interested in this Sci-Fi Pack.

Could you be more specific on the accessing the website? Are you using the old link (http://fps-media.mk-tek.com) which use to redirect to the new location? If so, you should see a "Forbidden" page, and that is because the redirect is no longer active. The new site is:

http://www.northernfoxmedia.com

If you are using the new link and still get the error, then please feel free to e-mail me, and for you I can e-mail you back with an alternate method.

I do apologize for your inconvenience. I am also sorry that I did not see this until now. We have been busy lining up all the packs that BlueFox has on the front burners. She is planning a pack release every month and we have been working hard to get all her media ready for their scheduled release dates.

The OP was trying to access the store for a purchase, which is the reason for this thread at the moment. I do not want to have to spend any time here on the TGC forum dealing with connection issues with a list of others (unless it is store-related at the moment).

In future, could you please e-mail me via the e-mail button below if there are further issues? I will get this quicker than the forum thread and it will allow us to look into the issue more effectively to find/fix/determine the issues.

No problem I did not mean you specifically. It was a general request in case a flood of others decided to post similar issues. I don't like having to discuss issues or alternate methods on the forum, and e-mail at least gets to me even when I am mobile.

Funny... I've never experienced this issue.

Very interesting. Maybe the webhost is just temporarily experiencing some down-time (where the website is basically offline).
