Please help me, how could I make a 3D explosion effect in DBPro?

The easiest way is to use a plane object and keep it facing the camera. And over so many frames change it's texture. Google images will give you some good results for animated explosions. You may have to load the image and grab each frame image from it separately.

I think he's wanting a 3D-ish looking CoD style explosion. Am I right, Ike?

Animated particles also make for good explosion effects in 3d. The same thing, just keep the object facing the camera...
