When I give a waypoint to like a tank or something its half in the ground. A video is attached...

Ooh, tough one... If you can, open up the model in Fragmotion or another program and check for the "root bone" and where it is located. If it is in the center of the tank, then that will not work; it must be at the BOTTOM of the tank. Check the OCFPSC Guide on how to fix this (in the tutorials section).

Lol at the unnecessary steps.

All you need to do is open the tank's .fpe (entity) file and add a line :

RAISEFACTOR=x

Where X is replaced by a value like 1,5,15,etc.
