Looks like you would need to scale it in a model programs, No setting in the FPS file to control scale of individual parts of the segment.

Maybe you could replace the wall xfiles with a thinner wall and apply the textures to them. Take one of the segment walls from scifi or WW2 and assign it in the FPS file you are working with and see if you can punch a door thru it.
