HI can AC3D export to DirectX if it can what other modeling software can, plz can someone help me out thanks.

Not sure about AC3D, but Milkshape3D can export to directx

Obviously AC3D can export .X... If you bothered to read the website before purchasing the software you would know that. Which leads to the question did you even buy the software...
