I have made a paypal claim they have not responded to it i have sent them 5 emails and they just give lazy answers back like your money should be in now and crap like that the customer services are the worst i have come across very amateur but what should i expect so to any admins whatever pass this message on i want my money back sort this issue out and stop taking the [mod edit] out of me i have been nice patient now i am [mod edit] off leave this message on here if you have any balls and let the people see what you do to your cutomers..

You see... no one on the forums can do a thing about this. It's best to keep trying with support. TGC also doesn't work on weekends, if I'm not mistaken. Now calm down, look at what you did, and realize you probably will get banned if you keep spewing out hate like this.

Cheesehead for life.

in 5 work days??? = mail-spamming!

why dont you simply cancel the bank-transfer if you are ina hurry? you have 2 weeks for that, and also they have 2 weeks to get this done.

calm down, dont act like a grumbling princess

Not sure why a mod simply marked the thread as flamebait instead of posting the following, but here you go:

To make sure it gets maximum exposure and to give us a laugh. We all need a laugh sometimes so we don't goo off on TGC support.

Anyone remember mail-order?

Hello Princess,

I can well understand your indignation, because the relationship between sellers and consumers is very complicated I believe in all the world.

If all products and services sold were as good as they are shown in advertisements and statements of their vendors the world would be a much better place to live in.

Relax everything will be alright I hope so.

Cheers.

ObjectiveA: Find someone who cares

ObjectiveB: Try better post formatting. It can be done by hitting the "enter" button from time to time

ObjectiveC: Grow up and give TGC some time. If you don't have it within the next 2 weeks. THEN you can start complaining.
But not here...do it somewhere else

Wolf summed it up well.
Also, if you order on a weekend it'll take far longer.

In the last post Princess made someone gave that very link.

I marked it as flamebait because that is exactly what it is! How you can think anything else when it says:
Quote: "leave this message on here if you have any balls and let the people see what you do to your cutomers"
I could have simply not approved it at all and then had to remove the inevitable posts that would have followed.

I have never had any problems with ordering or with customer services, so it's always good to have a different perspective for people to see.

Long before I was a Mod I ordered the Sprite Pack. I was having trouble downloading it for various reasons. My interactions with customer support meant that I got the sprite pack burned to a disc and posted to me at no extra cost. So my experience was far from:
Quote: "the customer services are the worst i have come across very amateur"

It's flamebait alright (I didn't say otherwise), I just thought standard procedure was to post that link and lock the thread. But I guess he already knows how to contact support judging by the OP.

That wasn't a very nice way of saying it... But I'll leave it at that. I've had a pretty good experience with TGC

Since I'm 100% happy with The Game Creators service, Can I use this Flame-bait post to vent about my bad day at work instead?

Just Kidding...Keep up the good job guys.

Though I think, that TGC could have a better way to get what you payed for faster as I have said in an earlier post. If they can approve TGC points within minutes then, in my opinion they should be able to approve model pack purchases in the same time frame. But I dont make the rules, I just follow them. I have to admit sometimes when I decide to order a model pack, or most recently Dark Shader I get a little anxious to start using the model packs. It makes no sense to get on these boards and start ripping them for a customer service issue when the title of the board is FPSC Chat. What you need to do is scroll down until you find the Customer Service Rant and Rave board and post it there.

Hint: There isn't a customer service rant and rave board.

Your logic makes sense in a way. However, most of the time its always going to be a $20+ plus cash in for a MP.
I guess they got to be there for validation just so they are sure they make their money. I also noticed it might have to
do something with VAT. I think the 20% VAT is applied to the MP's but I didn't see it being so on the TGC points.

I don't pay VAT because I'm in the U.S but it didn't even show the VAT percent for the TGC store, when the MP checkout did.

Im commenting on this thread because it is the newest thread and i figured a mod is more likely to be looking at this..

Why did my last thread get locked? Like i understand that i said you can lock it if you want, but a comment stating why this got locked would be greatly appreciated..

Sorry for commenting in your thread princess, just i don't want to start a new thread and have that get locked as well (and it will take up space, etc.)

Do not lock this thread because of my comment, (Mods) if you would like to speak to me elsewhere just email me:

Thanks, and sorry for commenting again..

I locked your thread both because it was more of a WIP (which if you want to continue, I suggest starting an actual WIP thread the right way), and because you gave the go-ahead to do so. It's great that you wanted to give everyone an update; why not wait till there's more to show before making a thread on it?

or have a moaning thread, so anyone with issues and needing to vent can blah to their hearts content, leaving optimism and creativity to carry on in the optimistic way that encourages game making.

an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of game creation!!!

@ bootlicker:

why? doesnt happen too often, and in cases like this its nice to read through.
redirect to off-topic would be misunderstood by the TO, and normally most of these threads will be closed in a day.
i think its better to let it open for a while, so the TO can see on the comments/reactions how other users think about tgc-service > not too bad when you read through this topic. develops learning processes... hopefully

Took me 2 weeks for me to receive my product. Though that may be because of the distance as well as the type of delivery.... OH and also there was a postal strike somewhere down the line. Either way, I'm glad I got my product and I'm very excited to start using them.

You gotta be patient with internet purchases. Especially if cancellation are involved. Its good practice to read over and compare the prices of product bundles before clicking "buy"; to avoid headaches like these.

As long as you purchased through paypal and cancelled it and made your claim, even if they don't respond it will get refunded back to you in 14 days, I've already been there.

FPSC came to me by mail in 7 business days, and that's great considering it came over seas. I also downloaded the packs I got and FPSC, so it was a phenomenal deal.

TGC may be having a small complication, but that happens with all companies from time to time.

Hope you got it resolved,
Akanto
