I like the darkmatter2 models but I can't find the starting and ending frames of each animation (run, idle, attack, ...), now I have to guess and I come out on these strange, huge numbers:

These work but I don't need to explain how big a pain in the ass it is to find the ending and starting frames for each model and each animations :p

So if anyone (tgc crew themselves perhaps) have a list of these numbers, that would be great.

check out
total object frames()
in the help, it'll give you the total numeber in an animation
and animations tend to start on 0

thanks, but now I still have to guess for the length of each animation (the file is one big animation, everything right after each other)

Bren,

Try this:
Quote: "
(Total frames()/650)*Frame number needed

i.e. The viking model has 104160 frames so

104160/650=160.2
First walk frame is 450
450*160.2=72110

So for all of walk -
72110 - 88135 : Walk
: 72110-75315 - Position To Loop
: 75315-84930 - Looping Walk
: 84930-88135 - Return To Stance"

This has worked for me and should work for all the models. The animation frame numbers can be found in the Actors directory.

There should be an animations.txt file in the actors folder that breaks down the frames.
