Hi all.
As the title of the thread suggests, I was wondering if anybody could point me towards some good, rigged fantasy / medieval hands that I can use as a basis for my fantasy weapons I have created for an upcoming pack.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Jon Fletcher has provided a very good set of hands to be used for non-commercial free media, which can easily be retextured for a fantasy setting.

In the recent past several people have also been permitted to use the stock hands for free weapons they made, these also aren't too hard to retexture.

The "standard" fantasy hands widely used in FPSC are created by bond1 and Errant AI (you can check out these hands in the store)but I don't know if they have given permission so far to use them for a free pack.

If you are planning a commercial pack, you can of course contact any artist for a business agreement. p.e. the "London Pack" by Nbt includes weapons rigged to EAI's standard hands.

Yeah, unfortunately many have that problem... I for one have NEVER been able to access his site. Absolutely no clue why?!?! Anyways, you might want to find someone who has DL'ed it and ask them to re-upload OR send them to you From the looks of them, they were an awesome set of hands

I have to agree. I think these hands would be perfect for what I have planned. Thanks for the suggestion, anayar.
So, on that note, is there anybody here who has downloaded these hands and can re-upload or email it to me? It would be very much appreciated.

Thanks, Poloflece. I think for now I'll use Jon Fletcher's hands and retexture them for a fantasy setting for use with my own weapon models. Bond1's fantasy hands would still be appreciated, if anyone has them...

If you are rigging fantasy weapons to bond1's hands I'd be very interested in your plans.

I have most of his weapons from MPs/Store but amongst the few things he never did, are a simple dagger and a makeshift club (hint hint ).

That can definitely be arranged! One of my models to rig happens to be a dagger, but i like the club idea. Added to the list!
