Hi BlackFox, I wanted to buy this pack. But paypal is rejecting my card. It saying "This card cannot be used for this payment, please try another card" but I already bought packs from you guys with this card. I think willow may have not allowed payments. Or maybe a setting is wrong?

I just had a friend test it for us as well and he too had an issue.

I contacted PayPal directly and they told me that message is a "generic message". Meaning it is not my end, but it could be the route between you purchasing--> it going through bank (for Credit Card payments)--> to our PayPal has an issue. It could be a communication error during the processing, etc. Perhaps try again tomorrow and let me know.

Another reason for this generic message is: the purchaser has an issue with their card or account. I can verify the code for the purchase page is correct, and we are a PayPal business account so that is not an issue. Outside of that information, I do not have anything else to offer, but we will keep on top of this.

BlackFox and BlueFox: Thanks to you both for all your help and your friendship in these trying times. I have been trying to get my son to get a 2nd option, if he won't, then I want to make the next year or so the happiness he has ever been.
